Overnight Stays
We have a handful of pet sitters who provide overnight stays at your home. They stay for a 12 hour time frame from 6-7pm to 6-7am and provide care to your pets usually morning and evening routines. We are able to add on midday visits at an additional charge.

Holidays
We have wonderful pet sitters who graciously give their time on Holidays to care for our client's pets. We do charge extra on Holidays and that extra goes directly to the pet sitter providing care for your pets.
Holiday Service Charges:

$7 per visit on holidays*

$10 per visit on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day

$20 per Overnight Stay on any Holiday
*Holidays include: Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day (July 4), New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
Overnight Stays and Holiday bookings Policies:
Overnight stays and holiday bookings require sitters to reserve large blocks of their time—often giving up personal plans or turning down other clients. Because these dates are in high demand and nearly impossible to refill on short notice, the following cancellation policy ensures fairness to both our sitters and our clients.
Booking Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for all overnight stays and any booking that includes a holiday itself and up to two days before or after the Holiday. This deposit is applied to your total invoice.
Holiday Dates:
Holiday policies apply to services on the Holiday itself and up to two days before or after. Holiday list reflects peak demand periods. These include:
New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter Weekend, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Cancellation Schedule for Overnight Stays and Holiday Bookings:
30+ Days Before First Visit:

Deposit is refundable or may be applied as a credit towards future visits
15–29 Days Before First Visit:

50% of the deposit is refundable or may be applied as a credit towards future visits
7-14 Days Before First visit:

0–6 Days Before First Visit:

Early Returns and Mid-Trip Changes:
Once Overnight or Holiday services have begun, all remaining scheduled visits are non-refundable.
This policy reflects the fact that your sitter has reserved their time exclusively for your booking and that administrative time has been dedicated to coordinating and managing your services, making it difficult to refill those dates on short notice.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever possible. However, because sitters reserve their availability specifically for your booking, the following applies:
A reschedule is NOT considered a cancellation if:

We are available for all the new dates you request, and
-
The entire booking can be moved in full (same number of days/visits or longer).
In this case, your reservation simply shifts to the new dates with no cancellation fees.
